Michael's nephew Mark and wife Caroline have two children, Emilia Rose, aged 12 and Andrew aged 9. They both have special needs and attend CHIPS Cheshunt playscheme regularly. Emilia Rose and Andrew love attending, it's local and it's the only respite the family receives. They have been attending since they were 3 years old. CHIPS operates in East Herts and offers play and social opportunities for children with additional needs (aged 3 to 19) and their siblings.
