Mark met Michael 45 years ago in The Prince if Wales Goffs Oak,they also played together for Cheshunt Park Football Club and had plenty of laughs along with two memorable trips to Wales and France. When they hung up their boots they remained friends and Michael became a part of our family and our extended familes too. We enjoyed celebrations parties and holidays. We went to caravan parks and chalets in the UK and enjoyed holidays to Gran Canaria, Cyprus, Eygpt and Portugal more recently weekends to Eastbourne along with my mother. Michael did not meet the girl of his dreams apparently he was quite shy in his younger years hard to believe, but he would have made a lovely husband and fantastic Dad. He did get to do things he might not have without our holidays, he was amazed by the water park in Larnaca and enjoyed floating down the lazy river in a rubber ring. We have so many memories of Michael and had a lot if laughs. Michael will always hold a special place in our hearts and we will not forget his kindness loyalty and the laughter he brought into our lives.
